Maintenance Technician

•Full-time
$17 - $18 hourly

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Inspections and Diagnostics: Regularly inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify issues or potential hazards.
Repairs and Upkeep: Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring, and machinery.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
Installation and Assembly: Install or replace equipment, appliances, and building components as needed.
Documentation: Maintain records of work performed, including maintenance logs, shift reports, and work orders.
Safety Compliance: Follow local and state building codes, company safety regulations, and proper use of tools and equipment.
Collaboration: Work with contractors, vendors, and other maintenance staff to complete projects efficiently.
